With an array of dimensions available, this Crystal uPVC Grey Full Glass Single Door is left-hand opening and clear glazed for natural daylight. The external surface is a sleek Grey 7016 and the internal is White, an excellent combination that flatters both interior and exterior aesthetics, all the while resisting any cracking, peeling and fading.
Surfaces are easy to wipe down and no painting, treating or sanding is necessary. While aesthetics are greatly valued with this door, the same can be said for thermal efficiency and security. With trickle ventilation to allow for airflow when doors are shut, the low U Value of 1.3 W/m²K enables heat retention. The doors are further fitted with panels that have Class 1 surface spread of flame classification (BS476 part 7) and toughened glass (Kitemark BS6206). Numerous bolts also lock the door shut with multipoint locking, meaning that you don't have to threat over security.
During the manufacturing process, an adhesive that is resistant to heat and moisture works to pressure bond two uPVC skins to a core made of E.H.D.F.R.A polystyrene (extra high-density fire-retardant additive). The skins are approved to BS476: part 12 'Method of Test for Ignitability of Products by Direct Flame Impingement' and the core doesn't include any CFCs.
