Question:
Hello we want to get all door matching. We have a few old thinner non standard door openings as we live in an older property. Can these doors be cut on the sides to make them thinner? Are they solid or hollow? If they can be cut what is the max that can be cut? Also what’s is the widest door you do in this style as we also two larger non standard openings?
Answer:
These doors can not be cut on the thickness unfortunately as this would void their fire rating. These doors can only be cut on the width and / or height by 16mm per edge (32mm total from the width and / or height).
