With a variety of high-quality metallic finishes available to complement your other door hardware items, this Fortress 3-inch five-lever High-Security Mortice Sash Lock from ERA is ideal for the demands of the Police and insurance companies as it complies with the rigorous requirements of British Standard BS3621:2017.
Comprising a metal spring latch that ensures your door stays fully shut even when unlocked, this sash lock features a deadbolt that locks your door by turning a unique key which is one of a thousand key variations. It also includes an easily reversible latch bolt which makes it suitable for both right-handed and left-handed operations and it can be set without the removal of the lock cover.
With false notching on the steel lever, this sash lock is resilient against lock pickers. The hardened steel plates also help to inhibit forced entry attempts via drilling and hacksawing so that it genuinely lives up to its Fortress name. For additional security, ERA has over a thousand key variations to limit the risk of cross-compatibility between locks and keys.
With minimal maintenance requirements, you can simply wipe the surface occasionally with a soft cloth to remove excess moisture or grease.
