Mortise and Tenon is a type of construction joint that is made up of two parts. Yes, these doors are supplied unfinished, meaining they can be primed and painted if required.

Question:

This is said to be an external door and yet is 'not recommended for exposed locations'. Can it be used as an external, front door or not?

Answer:

This door is an external door suitable for external use, however we recommend that these particular door once treated are not exposed to harsh weather/and if this is the case they we recommend they are fitted underneath a door canopy/cover.

Can this door be reduced in height by 80mm?

Unfortunately, this will be way beyond the advised trimming tolerance for these Doors.
