Is this door good for a garden shed, will be exposed to all weathers, if i will seal the wood with Dulux aquatech preservative base coat and paint it with there exterior quick dry opaque, used this a some other wood 4 yrs ago and still looks good.

In the description, it indicates 2032 x 813 but specifies height 1981 x width 686. Can you please clarify the external dimensions?

The product code of the 2032mm door is FLB32. The size will vary depending on which size you select via the "Size" drop-down tab at the top of the web page.

These doors are supplied un-treated and would need to be finished once delivered.

Is the side rails of this door the full 44mm thickness and suitable for a mortice lock or is the paneling extend to the outer edge and included in the thickness

Yes, the outer edges will be 44mm thick for these doors. They can be fitted with a mortice lock if required.

Can this door be cut down to 73inches? If not can you recommend a shed door that can be cut down. 33 inch opening is fine. Many thanks

This door is not suitable to be cut down to 73'' inches. Unfortunately we don't have any external shed doors that can be cut down this much.

Is this door suitable for use as a side garage door?

Answer:

These Doors are only suitable for external use. Providing the Door opening is external this will be suitable. If the Door opening is classed as internal it would not be suitable and would void the product warranty.

Can this be used as an outside gate? If not can you recommend a product similar that does?

This is an external door so yes this can be used for this purpose.

All braces are 90mm besdides the 2 x horizontal braces at the middle and bottom of the door, which are 120mm

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any of our external doors in bespoke sizes.

This door can not be trimmed beyond the advised amount.
