Find out moreStately, yet modern, Shaker doors have an energy all their own. This fabulous oak door from XL Joinery features four vertically arranged panels. True to the Shaker way, the panels are flat and recessed, giving the door a timeless but minimalist look. Because of this they're amazingly versatile. Obviously, they're going to be a fantastic fit for any Shaker kitchen, where their symmetry is a perfect match. But, originating in Manchester in the 18th century, tradition is in a Shaker door's DNA, and they lend themselves perfectly to a traditional setting. However, modern interiors are increasingly looking to add rustic and organic elements, and the Shaker fits the bill for this perfectly.
The XL Joinery 4 Panel Shaker internal door comes unfinished, leaving the final choice of topcoat up to you. The oak veneer is beautiful A-Grade American white oak, and ripe for a clear lacquer or light stain. Although, if your interior calls for a coat of paint to blend it in then that's all good, too! For a uniformed but varied look to really elevate your home, this product can be matched with the glazed variant in the range.
This internal door has no glazing, ensuring privacy and making it the perfect option for bedrooms and bathrooms.
Natural Oak and Oak effect internal doors are a popular choice as they can perfectly match almost any decor theme. Both timeless and on-trend, oak doors are a great choice to endure changing fashions.
