Ensuring good fit. Can you advise how much can be planed off the door to ensure that the door fits the frames correctly pleasse?

Answer:

You can plane off 2mm per long edge and 10mm off the bottom.

Does the door have the intermission strips already routered into the door or after purchasing the door, would that still need doing? Kind regards, Sebastian Summers

Answer:

The intumescent strips are not supplied pre-fitted into this door, they would need to be fitted into the door lining / frame after it has been delivered.
