This shed door is supplied with no glazing. It is ideal for sheds or outdoor areas where you would like more privacy and security.

Redwood doors are perfect for when you want your outdoor storage to look natural and blend into its surroundings. This external solid timber door will do just that.

This LPD shed door will be supplied to you unfinished, which means before fitting it to your shed or outdoor storage area, you will need to finish it with a top coat of your choice. It is essential to make sure the door has been fully sealed to protect it from the elements.

Please note:

These doors must be thoroughly painted prior to exposure to the weather according to our door care advice. Face knots should be sealed before painting to prevent resin bleed, resulting in exposure to ultraviolet light. Screw or staple holes will need filling before decoration. It is never advisable or intended that timber external doors be fully exposed to the worst elements of the weather, even if well coated. A southerly or south-westerly elevation is the worst direction for prevailing weather, and exposure to the hottest sun can seriously degrade external doors. We recommend washing down with warm water and detergent Every two to three years and re-coating to retain a good appearance.

Unfortunately we do not have a frame to match this exact size, you would need to use a universal fram to cut down to size, here is a link:

Question:

Can the doors be supplied LH and RH as a pair, i.e. with the bracing 'mirrored' from one to the other? Can the direction of the bracing be specified if ordering a single door? I am hoping to buy a pair and a single door and require bracing to be installed so it is working in compression, i.e. slopes from outside edge to hinged edge between top to middle rail and similarly from middle to bottom rail.

Unfortunately these doors cannot be made bespoke or changed in anyway. They are a standard stocked door so we cannot make any changes.

The external door LPD Framed Legend and Braced Unfinished Redwood External Shed Door does not have information on how much can be cut off the top and bottom of the door. Can you please advise on the largest amount that can be cut off the 1980 x 760 door?

These doors can be trimmed by up to 8mm per edge (16mm total from the width and height).
